LumaLove is for adults 18 and older. Users must provide accurate information, follow the Community Guidelines, respect other users, and use the service only for lawful dating and relationship discovery.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must not be barred from using dating or social services under applicable law.
• You must use your own account and must not impersonate another person.

User Content

You are responsible for photos, profile text, prompts, messages, reports, and other content you submit. LumaLove may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content where needed for safety, legal compliance, or enforcement.

Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment, threats, hate, intimidation, stalking, bullying, or non-consensual behavior.
• Pornography, explicit sexual content, nudity, or sexual content that is not allowed by store policies.
• Commercial sex, escorting, prostitution, sugar dating, compensation-for-relationship arrangements, trafficking, or solicitation.
• Fake profiles, impersonation, scams, spam, deceptive location, or off-platform payment schemes.
• Any attempt to contact, exploit, endanger, groom, sextort, traffic, or sexualize minors.

Subscriptions

Paid digital features, when launched, will be sold through Apple In-App Purchase on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android. Premium features do not override safety rules, moderation, blocking, reporting, bans, age restrictions, or the 24-hour mode switch cooldown.
