Child Safety Standards
Last updated: May 13, 2026. Controlled testing version.
LumaLove is an adult-only app and explicitly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). These standards are public so users, reviewers, and enforcement partners can understand our safety approach.
Explicit Prohibitions
- Minors using the app or attempting to create an account.
- Any sexual content, discussion, grooming, coercion, sextortion, trafficking, or exploitation involving minors.
- Uploading, storing, sharing, requesting, linking to, threatening to share, or promoting CSAM.
- Using adult dating features to contact, endanger, identify, locate, or exploit a minor.
In-App Reporting
Users can report profiles, messages, photos, and safety concerns in the app. Reports involving underage users, child safety, CSAE, or CSAM receive urgent handling and may trigger immediate account restrictions while reviewed.
Action on CSAM
When LumaLove obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or related illegal conduct, we remove or restrict the content, preserve relevant evidence where legally appropriate, suspend or ban accounts, and report confirmed CSAM to the relevant authority as required by applicable law.
