Account Deletion

LumaLove users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data from inside the app or from this public web page.

Delete Inside the App

• Open LumaLove.
• Go to Settings.
• Choose Account.
• Select Delete account and confirm the request.

Delete Without the App

Send a deletion request from the email address attached to your LumaLove account to deletion@lumalove.site. Include your account email and phone number so we can verify ownership before deletion.

What Is Deleted

• Account profile data, including display name, bio, prompts, photos, and preferences.
• Discovery and matching data linked to the account.
• Messages and user-generated content, except where retention is required for safety or legal reasons.
• Device and notification records linked to the account.

What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, payment records, active safety investigations, child safety reporting, legal obligations, audit records, or dispute resolution. We will explain relevant retention where legally required.
