LumaLove is an adult-only dating app. We collect only the data needed to verify users, operate matching, keep the service safe, process subscriptions, respond to reports, and comply with law.

Data We Collect

• Account data, including email address, phone number, password authentication data, date of birth, and verification status.
• Profile data, including display name, photos, bio, prompts, preferences, city, country, and active dating mode.
• Location data for nearby discovery. Exact coordinates are used for matching and are never shown to other users.
• Interaction data, including likes, passes, matches, messages, blocks, reports, and account deletion requests.
• Safety data, including moderation decisions, abuse signals, child safety reports, enforcement history, and audit logs.
• Payment entitlement data from Apple, Google Play, and subscription infrastructure when paid features are enabled.

How We Use Data

• To create and protect user accounts.
• To show compatible profiles in Dating or Serious mode.
• To prevent minors, fake profiles, scams, harassment, and prohibited sexual content.
• To review reports, blocks, photos, profile text, and messages where required for safety.
• To provide account deletion, support, legal compliance, and store-review documentation.

Location Privacy

LumaLove uses location for Dating Mode discovery and may store an approximate city or country. Other users see distance buckets only, such as "within 1 km" or "3-10 km." Exact coordinates are not displayed to other users.

Deletion

Users can request deletion inside the app or through the public account deletion page. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, payment records, safety investigations, child safety reporting, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.
